Account and Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your GigNet app account and related personal data from inside the native app or by contacting support.

Delete from the app

Open the GigNet app, go to Profile, choose Delete Account, and follow the confirmation steps.

Request deletion by email

Email residencial@gignet.mx from the email address associated with your GigNet account and include "Account deletion request" in the subject.

What is deleted

We delete or anonymize app account data where legally permitted. Some billing, service, fraud-prevention, tax, and legal records may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law or service obligations.
